In order to offer the lowest price possible and free trackable shipping, we ship your order directly from the manufacturer and each package is estimated to arrive between 7 and 30 business days after your order is submitted. In rare occasions, some items are shipped between 30 to 50 days! The time taken is usually shorter, but we do not have control over customs, and are therefore not able to be responsible for delays that may occur. Tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is available.
If you have multiple products in your cart, they may not arrive at the same time, depending on which worldwide warehouse they ship from so don't be worried if you have missing items. We will provide tracking information for each part of your order.

Delayed delivery. In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur.
If you don't receive your order within a month, please check the tracking number and get in touch with the mail carrier. If they were not able to help, do not hesitate to create an email ticket and we will make it right as soon as possible. Customer service is our number one priority.
This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months).
Please note that processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information and details will then be sent to your email address we have on file about 2 business days later.
CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at email@example.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 10 USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs.
CUSTOMS / DUTY FEES
We ship from USA, Spain, France, Canada or China depending on the product. If your order is being shipped from one of our warehouses which is not within your country of residence, you may be subject to customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Please note that the tracking system does not update during the transit period between countries, but it will update again once it’s in your country. We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mailing system. All items are shipped out via a trackable method. On the very rare occasion an item is not delivered within 30 business days after it has been shipped, we will reship a new piece via the same delivery method.
